Hello. I know you may have looked, but in case you didn't, Vector Art 3d has the Great Seal of the US. The same one on the back of currency.

Models are well made, and from the start with an eye that they will be primarily used for/with CNC machining.

Pay some kid to work up an .stl file. Take him all of ten minutes.
That way you maintain design input.
